Your Role

As a Customer Account Advisor, you will provide high-quality support to Danish-speaking customers across multiple communication channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting customers via Live Chat, email and telephone
Assisting with customer account enquiries
Handling questions related to betting, payments and transactions
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
Providing accurate information and an excellent customer experience
Following internal procedures and service standards
Collaborating with an international customer service team

What We're Looking For

Fluent level Danish
Strong English communication skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable communicating through chat, email and phone
Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach
Comfortable working within the online betting and gaming industry
Availability to work a rotational schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Willingness to relocate to Malta if not already locally based
