We are a short-let property management company, seeking a responsible and customer-focused Guest Relations Manager to join our team.

Communicate with guests before, during and after their stay
Respond promptly to enquiries received through booking platforms, telephone and messaging applications
Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
Manage reservations and update booking calendars
Provide guests with property information and assistance
Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and management teams

Arrange emergency call-outs when required
Monitor guest feedback and help maintain high service standards
Keep accurate records of bookings, incidents and guest communications
Carry out other duties related to the management of short-let properties

Requirements

Good written and spoken English
Additional languages will be considered an asset
Strong communication and customer-service skills
Good computer skills and confidence using online booking platforms
Organised, dependable and able to work independently
Able to remain calm and professional when handling complaints or emergencies
Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, property management or customer service will be considered an asset
Valid Driving licence is essential
Candidate must be living in Gozo.
