We are seeking a Sales Manager to join an established luxury brand and drive sales revenue growth, while establishing the business as a key player within the luxury segment across the assigned territory.

You will play a pivotal role within the organisation, utilising your exceptional organisational and sales skills to build and develop a strong network of retailers across luxury categories including watches and jewellery, home, and department stores.

Working closely with the Regional Sales Director, you will have the autonomy to drive commercial success, shape the regional growth strategy, and make a lasting impact on the business.

Responsibilities

Visit key retailers across premium retailers utilising strong negotiation skills to obtain presence and visibility for the company across the watch/jewellery and premium Home space.
Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies with the support of the UK HQ team.
Analyse sales data and drive sell out within all POS ensuring that all retail partners are replenishing stock to agreed company requirements.
Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions on a regular basis.
Discover sales opportunities through consumer research and extensive market visits and propositioning.
Present products and services to prospective customers especially following regular product launches.
Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships on a regular basis in Asia.
Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes on your travels within the network.
Assess sales performance according to KPIs
Monitor competition within assigned region and look for opportunities to ensure the company has premium visibility within the sector.
Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Sales Director on a regular basis

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the luxury goods space including watch/jewellery, accessories and small leather goods.
Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue with an analytical mind and able to highlight areas of opportunity as well as being able to present these articulately to customers.
Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
Excellent communication skills with a proficient level of English
Organisational and leadership ability
Problem-solving aptitude and dynamic personality able to deal with objections.
BSc/BA in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional information

Role requires extensive travel across Asia, Australia, New Zealand 3 weeks per month.
Salary: $102- 123,672 USD Per annum
