We are looking for a motivated Housekeeping supervisor whos ambisious and willing to learn for our HK daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing task lists for all room attendants via OPERA Cloud (PMS)
Morning briefing to be done with all staff to start the day with detailed updateds regarding entire daily operation
Inspecting and monitoring all common areas of the hotel with exceptional cleanliness
Room inspections to be done as per Accor standards
Motivating the staff to excel on their respective floors
Communication with all departments for smooth daily operations, HK/Maintanance/FB/FO etc
Assisting HK Manager with rostering, stocktake & orders
Entire department to be organized and ready for the day after on daily basis
Reporting all maintenance issues to relevant team
Be prepared to take on any challenge given by your manager
