RQT Executive Hospitality Recruitment is currently recruiting a Housekeeping Supervisor on behalf of a client in Malta.

We are looking for an organised, hands-on professional with strong leadership skills and experience in housekeeping operations, ideally within an elderly care home, hospital or hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping team.
• Prepare staff rosters and daily cleaning schedules.
• Allocate duties and monitor daily performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of residents' rooms and communal areas.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and infection control.
• Oversee laundry arrangements, stock inventory and supply orders.
• Ensure all housekeeping procedures and standards are followed.
• Report directly to the General Manager.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Experience preparing staff rosters and organising daily schedules.
• Previous supervisory experience will be considered an asset.
• Strong organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Knowledge of hygiene and infection control procedures.
