Brand and Sales Manager

An Exciting Opportunity to Join M&Z p.l.c. as a Brand & Sales Manager!

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to play a key role in developing our brands, driving sales growth, strengthening our market presence and identifying new business opportunities across our growing portfolio.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective brand and commercial strategies.
Manage brand portfolios with a focus on maximising market share and profitability.
Drive sales performance and work towards achieving agreed commercial targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors and retail partners.
Identify new business opportunities and explore potential market growth.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches and promotional activities.
Monitor sales performance, market trends and brand performance.
Manage relationships with principals, brand owners and external marketing partners.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions and customer functions.
Travel internationally on occasion for supplier visits, trade fairs and exhibitions.

What We Are Looking For

A commercially minded, proactive and results-driven individual with a genuine passion for brands and sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
A strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to achieving results.
Experience in brand management, sales or a similar commercial role will be considered essential.
Experience within the FMCG sector will be considered an advantage.
