Noru Hotel is a stylish 83-room, four-star adults-only property nestled in the heart of St. Julian's, offering guests a refined, relaxed atmosphere paired with exceptional food and beverage experiences. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Servers / Waiters to join our Food and Beverage team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen/bar
Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including daily specials and beverage pairings
Ensure tables, service areas, and outlets are kept clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
Handle guest queries, requests, and any concerns promptly and courteously
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth, efficient service
Support upselling initiatives and contribute to overall outlet performance
Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Waiter / Server in a hotel or restaurant setting is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, can-do attitude with genuine passion for hospitality
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy service periods
Team player with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
A valid food handling certificate
Applicants must currently reside in Malta
