We are a fast-growing real estate company based in Malta, currently expanding our operations and team.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator (Part-Time) to support daily operations, coordinate between agents and management, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Coordinating between agents, clients, and management
Handling emails, calls, and internal communication
Organising documents, contracts, and property files
Assisting with schedules, appointments, and calendars
Tracking payments, invoices, and receipts
Supporting onboarding of new properties and clients
Assisting management with reporting and task follow-ups

What We’re Looking For

Highly organised and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills (English required)
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
Experience in admin or real estate is a plus
