Kitchen Porter

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to support daily kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with basic food preparation and ensuring that kitchen equipment and work areas are clean and organised.

Key Responsibilities: - Carry out cleaning duties promptly to maintain kitchen hygiene. - Collect, wash and store pot, pan, crockery and cutlery. - Clean and sanitise food preparation area and kitchen equipment. - Ensure workstations are clean and ready for use. - Assist with basic food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables. - Maintain a clean, tidy and safe kitchen environment. - Follow food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
