Waiter / Waitress

We are seeking professional and motivated Food & Beverage Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team.

Main tasks and responsibilities: -Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism -Present menus, recommend dishes and beverages, and suggest upselling opportunities -Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently -Ensure guest satisfaction and handle requests promptly -Support bar operations, including cocktail preparation -Maintain a clean, organized, and elegant service area -Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service -Assist in opening/closing procedures of the restaurant and bar -Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards -Knowledge or experience in banqueting and functions will be considered a great asset Educational and skill requirements: -Prior experience in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant/bar -Strong communication skills and professional presentation -Ability to multitask and work under pressure -Team player with attention to detail and strong work ethic -Punctual, reliable, and flexible with shifts, including evenings and weekends -Applicants must already be residing in Malta
