Managing parts inventory, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and shipments, maintaining stock records, liaising with suppliers and customers, and ensuring efficient logistics operations to support daily business activities.

Ensure all parts are properly stored, labelled, and arranged in a systematic manner.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, slow-moving stock, or required replenishments to the

Record all stock movements accurately in the company’s inventory system.
Issue parts to technicians or authorised personnel in line with company procedures.
Support periodic and annual stock takes for audit and control purposes.
Maintain accurate records of parts received, issued, returned, or transferred.
Strong organisational and stores control skills
Experience in spare parts, stores, logistics, warehouse operations, preferably within a marine, mechanical, automotive, engineering or industrial environmental
Ability to work effectively with workshop, engineering, finance and supplier teams
Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with inventory or stock management systems
Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
Technical or mechanical parts knowledge will be considered an advantage
