Bring Your Sales Skills to Malta & Build a New Division

We’re already the #1 recruitment consultancy in Malta, with a strong track record in the market. Now, we’re taking the next step by building a new division focused on mainland Europe, starting with Switzerland and specialising in the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors.

Based in our Malta office, you’ll be pitching our IT recruitment services to some of the biggest companies in the Swiss market - while helping us build this new division from the ground up and growing with it.

The Role

This is an end-to-end Business Development (BD) position within IT recruitment, where you take full ownership of the commercial process. It is a high-activity, phone-driven role that requires you to actively source prospects, manage corporate pipelines, and pitch technical recruitment solutions directly to senior leaders. You are not just booking appointments; you are managing the entire 360-degree sales cycle from the initial cold outreach all the way through to final negotiation and close.

What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of experience in sales (high-volume outbound calling preferred)
Thick skin and resilience
A proactive mindset and confidence to create opportunities from scratch
A desire to contribute to something meaningful and long-lasting
Willing to commit fully on-site

Unlimited Earning Potential

With uncapped commissions and bonuses, average performers earn €36K+ in Year 1 and €65K+ in Year 2, with €100K+ potential in the long term.

The faster you succeed, the faster you earn.
