Be able to communicate effectively in English; Maltese would be considered an asset
Work effectively as part of a team as well as independently and with minimal supervision;
Be proactive and able to use their own initiative;
Maintain a smart, professional and well-groomed appearance.
Previous experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role would be considered an asset.
