Evolution is hiring Arabic-speaking Game Presenters for our studios in Malta. You’ll host live games on camera in real time, engaging with users in a fun and professional way alongside 1,000+ international colleagues.

What You’ll Do: - Host and present live casino games in Arabic in a professional and engaging manner - Interact with players in real time, creating a fun and welcoming environment - Maintain a high level of attention to detail and follow game-specific procedures - Work in a state-of-the-art studio with the latest broadcasting technology - Collaborate with colleagues and shift managers to ensure smooth operations What We’re Looking For: - Fluency in Arabic and good command of English - Confident, outgoing, and comfortable in front of a camera - Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset - Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required What We Offer: - Month base salary + monthly performance bonus up to €1000 - Relocation package: flight ticket and 20 nights of accommodation upon arrival - Assistance in finding long-term accommodation in Malta - Paid training through Evolution Academy — no prior experience needed - Career growth opportunities within an international company - Free gym membership - Taxi service for night shifts + additional night shift compensation - A fun, dynamic, and multicultural work environment in the sunny Mediterranean

Carry out basic maintenance of appliances
Clean/clear gaming equipment and hall (cleanliness, design, signage...)
Check gaming equipment and reporting malfunctions
Inform customers about the functioning of arcade. Monitor spaces (detect risks, disturbances...)
Receive customers and inform them about services. Accompany customers to slot machines, gaming tables...
Conduct games: card games (blackjack, punto banco, baccarat, poker...)
Conduct games: dice games (craps)
Conduct games: wheel games (boule, French, English, American roulette...)
Supervise one or more gaming tables (procedures, games regularity, pay out winnings, change money...)
Act as attendant during game-playing: slot machines
