Vice President & Chief of Staff coordinating technology strategy, R&D priorities and stakeholder alignment, while representing the CTO, supporting decision-making, driving execution and ensuring leadership continuity across the organisation

The Vice President & Chief of Staff to the Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is the CTO's closest strategic partner and most trusted deputy, operating at the centre of the global technology organisation. This role translates the CTO's vision into an executable operating rhythm, drives alignment across engineering, R&D and business stakeholders worldwide, and safeguards continuity of leadership by representing the CTO across internal and external forums whenever required. A defining responsibility of this role is serving as the primary liaison between the Global CTO's office and the organisation's R&D team, ensuring that development priorities, technical direction, and innovation initiatives are fully understood, represented, and reflected in the global technology roadmap – and vice versa. The successful candidate builds a close working relationship with the Global CTO, enabling them to credibly represent, make decisions, and communicate on the CTO's behalf during absences, sustaining trust and momentum across the organisation without interruption.
