We are looking for an organised Office Clerk to support daily administration, basic accounting, invoicing, data entry, filing, and office coordination.

Our company operates within the catering and hospitality industry, managing restaurants and guesthouses. The role will involve supporting the day-to-day administration and basic accounting requirements of our operations. Key Responsibilities: -General office administration and filing. -Posting and organising invoices, receipts and accounting records. -Assisting with supplier and customer accounts and reconciliations. -Data entry and maintaining accurate records. -Assisting with general correspondence and daily office duties. -Act as a reliable point of contact within the office, supporting various departments such as HR and Guest house administration as needed. Requirements: -Previous experience is preferred. -Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping. -Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and email -Organised, accurate and attentive to detail. -Good communication and teamwork skills.
