Organizing merchandise on the shop floor, assisting customers, and providing advice on fashion choices.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
Manage point-of-sale processes and being responsible for processing cash and card payments.
Balancing cash registers with x-reading during change of shift.
Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments and carrying out stocking duties.
Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
Addressing and resolving customers’ complaints in a professional manner.
Maintaining the store in clean and tidy condition.
Attaching and updating pricings tags on merchandise and in-store stock.
Keeping up to date with special promotions and organized display.
Handling returns, exchanges and dealing with customers according to company policy.
Performing store opening and closing operations.
Responsible for security within the store.
Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
