Responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the outlet, supervising staff, assisting customers, managing stock, ensuring high standards of service, and supporting the smooth and efficient running of the shop.

The Shop Manager supports overseeing the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with company policies and procedures. The role assists in supervising staff, maintaining financial and stock controls, and ensuring adherence, SOPs, HACCP standards, and brand guidelines.
