We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization’s technology and data strategy, ensuring strong alignment between technology initiatives and overall business objectives.

The CTO will report directly to the CEO and serve as a member of the executive team. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and lead the overall technology and data strategy, vision, and roadmap. -Act as a strategic business partner, advising leadership on technology opportunities, risks, and their potential business impact. -Lead the technology roadmap covering IT governance, operating models, infrastructure, architecture, and technology platforms. -Oversee technology investments, priorities, budgets, and resource allocation. -Lead technology teams in adopting modern development practices, including continuous integration and automated deployment. -Guide architectural decisions and ensure scalable solutions across applications, data, infrastructure, and platforms. -Promote DevOps, cloud-native solutions, standardization, simplicity, and operational efficiency. -Evaluate technology solutions and make informed buy-versus-build decisions. -Champion technology across the organization and support business transformation towards an agile, product-based operating model. -Coach technology teams in solving complex technical and architectural challenges. -Ensure effective coordination of business initiatives involving technology. -Manage overall technology budgets and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. -Participate in technology governance and strategic decision-making committees. Leadership & Team Management: -Lead, coach, and develop technology teams while promoting a high-performance culture. -Conduct regular performance reviews and one-to-one meetings. -Support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members. -Communicate clearly and effectively with employees, senior leadership, and other stakeholders. -Lead by example and act as a positive ambassador for the organization. Requirements: -Extensive expertise in technology and data. -Proven experience managing a mid-sized global technology organization. -Strong understanding of product and project management and their relationship with technology. -Senior technical leadership experience with strong knowledge of current technology trends. -Strong strategic, commercial, and decision-making skills. -Ability to make architecture decisions across applications, data, infrastructure, and platforms. -Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end architectures. -Experience with DevOps principles and cloud-native technologies. -Experience working in agile development environments. -Solution architecture or similar technical leadership experience is preferred. -Forward-thinking, curious, and passionate about emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
