Responsible for receiving, sorting, displaying, and maintaining fresh fruit and vegetable products. Provides customer service, replenishes stock, keeps the area clean, and follows food hygiene and safety standards.

Duties include: Greeting customers and assisting them in their queries; Stocking and maintaining the vegetables and fruits in stores’ produce section; Displaying the products in an organized and eye catching way; Disposing correctly of stock which has become rotten or is nearing the end of its shelf life; Foresee extra stock and act accordingly to make sure stock is sold before it goes bad; Liaise with shop manager and supervisors to avoid waste.
