A Head of Design leads the company’s design function, ensuring all creative work is visually consistent, user-focused, and aligned with the brand and business goals. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and extensive experience in design, branding, and managing creative teams and projects.

Elaborate innovative concepts for selected medium (printing medium, web, television, poster, videogame...)
Make up design according to typographical rules and graphical charter (integration of text and image, corrections...)
Design graphical elements (volume, objects, characters...), determine textures, colours, screen settings, brightness...
Select images (pictures/logos/drawings), edit (colorimetry, photo retouch/settings/single out contours/photomontage...)
Stipulate order terms together with customer
Develop a visual (images, photos, illustrations...) depending on communication medium
