The Service Delivery Manager is the main customer contact, overseeing service delivery, SLAs, relationships, and change projects. The BEU Manager Service Delivery leads the team, ensuring consistent service quality and strong customer engagement.

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) acts as the primary contact for GBS customers, overseeing service delivery, customer relationships, SLAs, and service-related changes and migrations. The role ensures high customer satisfaction, supports service development opportunities, and strengthens local customer engagement through close coordination with national service teams. The BEU Manager Service Delivery provides leadership and direction to the Service Delivery Team, overseeing its development, planning, and effective delivery of services.

Competencies

Determine quality and security procedures of IT and telecom systems and monitor their application
Design an IT-strategy based on management keynotes and user demands. Supervise implementation of strategy
Choose the type of execution (internal or subcontracting). Monitor conformity of execution
Head department or organisation
Assist sales people with merchandising techniques
Analyse customer's request and suggest commercial solution (type of material, subscription packs...)
