We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Laboratory Technician to conduct testing, sampling, and analysis of construction materials, ensuring compliance with technical, quality, and safety standards.

The role involves preparing samples, operating laboratory equipment, conducting physical and mechanical tests, and accurately recording results in accordance with established procedures. Key Responsibilities: -Collect, prepare, and test construction material samples. -Operate and maintain laboratory testing equipment and tools. -Conduct physical and mechanical tests in line with relevant standards and specifications. -Accurately record, analyse, and report test results. -Ensure all testing activities are properly documented for quality, audit, and certification purposes. -Follow established quality control, health, and safety procedures. -Maintain laboratory equipment in good working condition and report any faults. -Work closely with QA Inspectors, supervisors, and technical staff to resolve testing issues. -Manage testing activities efficiently to ensure accurate and timely results. -Maintain a clean, organised, and safe laboratory environment. -Perform other duties related to materials testing as required.
