We are seeking a skilled and reliable Chef de Partie to manage an assigned section of the kitchen and ensure dishes are prepared to the required quality, consistency, and timing standards.

Key Responsibilities: -Manage and organise an assigned kitchen section. -Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place efficiently. -Prepare and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards. -Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness. -Monitor stock and ensure ingredients are stored correctly. -Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. -Support and guide junior kitchen staff within the assigned section.

Cook or heat up meat, fish, vegetables, ...
Prepare dishes for service (presentation, composition, finish...)
