We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Leader to join our growing team.

The Role As Project Leader, you will drive the successful delivery of multiple projects — ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You’ll foster collaboration across departments, lead with initiative, and continuously seek ways to enhance efficiency and project outcomes. Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve key milestones on time and within budget.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure successful project delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks proactively.
Ensure accurate project documentation, reporting, and compliance.
Oversee budgets, track costs, and maintain financial control.
Conduct post-project evaluations and suggest improvements for future initiatives.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools. Skills & Experience Required
3–5 years’ experience in project leadership or a similar leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
