Turkish-speaking Game Presenters for our studios in Malta. You’ll host live games on camera in real time, engaging with users in a fun and professional way alongside 1,000+ international colleagues.

Job Duties: - Host and present a variety of live games in Turkish, following the company’s procedures and guidelines. - Create an engaging and enjoyable experience for players by maintaining a professional, friendly, and energetic presence on camera. - Interact with players via live chat, responding in real-time and keeping the conversation light and entertaining. - Handle in-game actions accurately, such as spinning the wheel or dealing cards. - Follow game-specific rules and instructions to ensure smooth gameplay and fairness for all players. - Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and support staff to ensure game integrity and technical quality. - Stay informed about new games, features, and company updates to deliver accurate and up-to-date information to players. - Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company grooming and dress code standards. Requirements: - Fluency in Turkish - Basic English proficiency - Comfortable in front of a camera - Flexibility with working hours - Professional appearance and grooming

Competencies

Inform customers about the functioning of arcade. Monitor spaces (detect risks, disturbances...)
Carry out basic maintenance of appliances
Clean/clear gaming equipment and hall (cleanliness, design, signage...)
Check gaming equipment and reporting malfunctions
Manage gaming table (instructions for players, announcements, placing bets...)
Provide technical assistance to staff during games, disputes, customers' complaints...
Receive customers and inform them about services. Accompany customers to slot machines, gaming tables...
Conduct games: card games (blackjack, punto banco, baccarat, poker...)
Conduct games: dice games (craps)
