Seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves site supervision, project coordination, quality control, and ensuring construction works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities Monitor and supervise construction activities on site to ensure works are carried out according to approved plans, specifications and required standards. Coordinate daily site activities with Project Managers, Architects, Periti, subcontractors and other stakeholders. Review and interpret architectural, structural and engineering drawings. Monitor project progress, workmanship, materials and quality of works. Identify technical issues and assist in finding practical and timely solutions. Carry out regular site inspections and maintain accurate records of works and progress. Assist with the preparation of progress reports, measurements and project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of works. Monitor materials, resources and manpower requirements on site. Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with applicable building regulations, health and safety requirements and company procedures. Assist in ensuring projects are completed within the required timeframes and to the required quality standards. Attend site meetings and provide technical and progress updates where required.

Coordinate the different stages of execution on a construction site. Follow-up of costs and progress.
Plan general design of an architectural project and develop models. Determine the criteria (cost, term, method,...)
Draw up building or development plan of a building/place according to assignment or needs
Select and consult suppliers and (sub-)contractors
Manage construction site projects: construction of individual houses
