Full-time showroom sales position for a motivated and customer-focused person. Assist customers with bathroom products, provide expert advice, prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and deliver excellent service.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual to join our team on a full-time basis at our bathroom showroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their requirements, providing professional product advice, preparing quotations, and assisting clients throughout the entire sales process. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for design, and is interested in bathrooms, interiors, and home improvement. Main Responsibilities Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customers' needs, preferences, budgets, and project requirements. Provide advice and recommendations on bathroom furniture, sanitary ware, showers, taps, accessories, tiles, and other related products. Help customers create complete bathroom solutions based on their requirements and available space. Prepare detailed quotations and follow up on enquiries and potential sales. Develop strong relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service. Liaise with suppliers, installers, architects, designers, and other professionals when required. Keep up to date with new products, trends, designs, and industry developments. Maintain the showroom in a clean, organised, and presentable condition. Ensure products are displayed correctly and that pricing and promotional information is up to date. Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person. Process sales orders accurately and coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure smooth delivery and installation. Achieve agreed sales targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Resolve customer queries or issues professionally and efficiently. Requirements Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a showroom environment is preferred. Experience within the bathroom, sanitary ware, tiles, furniture, construction, or interior design industry will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, professional, and approachable personality. Strong sales and negotiation skills. Good organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Basic computer skills and ability to prepare quotations and manage orders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Fluency in English and Maltese is required; knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.
