An HR Recruiter finds, interviews, and hires new workers for a company. They work with managers to see who the company needs, write job posts, look at resumes, and help new staff start their jobs.

Main Duties: Write and update job posts.Search for job seekers on LinkedIn and other sites.Look over resumes and job forms.Talk to people on phone or video calls to test their skills.Set up meetings with department managers.Help make job offers and talk about pay. Skills Needed: Know how to talk and listen well.Know how to use hiring software (ATS).Good at keeping track of many tasks at once.Know basic employment rules. Education and Work History: A college degree in human resources or business.Past work experience in hiring or office work.

Follow-up on individual files of workers/employees and do updates. Do statutary declarations/notifications
Follow-up administrative personnel/staff management: training (call for participants, room reservations)
Follow-up administrative personnel/staff management: internal shifts, transfers
Follow-up administrative personnel/staff management: sorting of resumes, reply to candidates
