To render holistic nursing care to the old residents

To prepare medicine, glucose monitoring, residents assessment and report writing, communicate with other health professionals and wound care

Check operation theatre. Check equipment and medical-surgical material
Do personnel administration and perform actions to support personnel management (recruitment, training...)
Help assure daily life activities and patient comfort (standing up, walking, post operation care)
Further develop the protocols for care, hygiene, safety, health control. Check if these protocols are followed by personnel and offer technical support
Give nursing care. Interact with patient (experience, pain), update dossier (incidents, changes in clinical condition)
Fill out medical administrative documents and work according to regulations
Determine patient's condition (clinical, psychological). Write collected info in patient's dossier
Target group: elderly
Inform and advise patient and his/her relatives
Follow-up of nursing consultations
Monitor patient's physical safety and health
