We are seeking a caring and dedicated Early Years Educator to support young children’s learning, development and wellbeing in a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities: -Plan engaging, play-based activities for indoor and outdoor learning. -Support early reading, writing and numeracy skills through age-appropriate games and activities. -Assist with children’s daily physical and personal care needs, including feeding and hygiene. -Observe children and monitor their learning and developmental progress. -Act as a trusted key contact for assigned children. -Maintain a clean, safe, secure and inclusive environment. -Communicate daily updates and progress with parents and guardians.

Give care to the child. Signal changes in health condition of child to child care workers, parents...
Organise play activities. Help child with development and learning activities
Receive and accompany child upon arrival

Inform parents about the running of the organisation. Introduce programme of activities to children
Organise entertainment sessions or adjust them according to time of day
Prepare entertainment room. Attend to participants during the session
Recognize difficulties or problems in child and take action or notify manager or parents
Execute practical and technical management of locations (supplies, report malfunctions, request works/repairs...)
Draft or assist drafting of animation programmes
Decorate living and caring space for children and check safety of facility
Set up and decorate animation areas according to themes or events (spectacle, annual celebrations...)
Suggest and start up development activities. Provide care and aid in case of falls, fights...
Design and put up information panels and displays of activities
Develop performances with children (contents, costumes, rehearsals...). Perform in front of audience
Prepare meals for child. Assist child in taking oral medication as prescribed by doctor
Supervise activity and respect of regulations of game and interactions
Clean, disinfect and tidy rooms and sanitary facilities
Supervise children's daily activities during accommodation incl. overnight stays (sleeping/washing). Help if required
