We are looking for Spanish/Portuguese Speaking Game Presenters to host live casino games, interact with players in a professional manner, and deliver an engaging gaming experience while following casino procedures and standards.

We are seeking Spanish/Portuguese Speaking Game Presenters to join our live casino team. Responsibilities include presenting and hosting live casino games in a professional and engaging manner, interacting with players through live streaming platforms, explaining game rules, and ensuring all games are conducted according to company procedures and gaming regulations. You must have excellent communication skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese, a confident personality, and the ability to maintain a friendly and professional attitude while working in front of a camera. Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, entertainment, or gaming will be considered an asset, although full training may be provided. Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and compliance with company and gaming standards is expected at all times.

Inform customers about the functioning of arcade. Monitor spaces (detect risks, disturbances...)
Carry out basic maintenance of appliances
Clean/clear gaming equipment and hall (cleanliness, design, signage...)
Check gaming equipment and reporting malfunctions
Manage gaming table (instructions for players, announcements, placing bets...)
Provide technical assistance to staff during games, disputes, customers' complaints...
Receive customers and inform them about services. Accompany customers to slot machines, gaming tables...
Conduct games: card games (blackjack, punto banco, baccarat, poker...)
Conduct games: dice games (craps)
