This position is co-financed by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus. Qualifications & Experience Required: A recognized diploma at MQF Level 5, with a minimum of 60 ECTS/ECVET or an appropriate, recognized, comparable qualification OR Two passes at Advanced Level or an appropriate, recognized, comparable qualification and three (3 years) relevant work experience in an office environment AND ECDL or any other IT/ICT related qualification at MQF Level 3 or higher; Clean Police Conduct Job Duties

To process promptly the applications and claims for reimbursement submitted by Employers.
To help establish and maintain information control systems for matters relating to the EU Funded Schemes.
To assist and actively participate in the proper and effective functioning and marketing of the scheme.
To direct subordinates in meeting their work objectives.
To control the systems and procedures in use for matters relating to the EU Funded Schemes.
To assist and participate actively in the development and maintenance of the EU Funded Schemes software.
To ensure conformity of the operations to the guidelines set by Jobsplus, European Structural Funds and the National laws.
To maintain high standards of performance within the Unit and when representing Jobsplus.
To seek cost-effective means to market and inform the general public regarding the aid schemes.
To establish/maintain efficient operations within the Unit and lead staff to work in unison, maintaining all good relations and teamwork.
To liaise with the Unit Manager re marketing of Schemes.
To liaise with other sections and ensure their knowledge of the Aid Schemes, so they too can assist in the promotion of the framework.
To process and compute the payment of subsidies to eligible entities.
To ensure total adherence to the EU Funded Schemes and European Social Fund regulations.
To draw up periodic financial and progress reports.
To communicate effectively (both orally and in writing) with various employers, employers’ representatives, government and non-government entities and organisations.
Processes incoming applications and assists clients as required.
To perform other duties as required.
To support the Unit Manager.
