Investigate and resolve electronics-related faults found during production, testing, validation, supplier activities, and customer returns.

Responsibilities: -Investigate and resolve electronics-related faults found during production, testing, validation, supplier activities, and customer returns. -Carry out hands-on fault finding on PCBAs, electronic assemblies, wiring, modules, sensors, and communication interfaces. -Use diagnostic equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, logic analysers, and other electronic test tools. -Analyse failures and identify root causes related to components, soldering, design, production process, testing, or supplier issues. -Support Production, Testing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Supplier Quality teams in resolving technical issues. -Prepare clear technical reports with findings, root cause, containment actions, and corrective actions. -Support the development of troubleshooting guides, test procedures, and fault-finding instructions. -Assist in evaluating alternative components, supplier changes, product modifications, and engineering changes. -Participate in 8D, QRQC, root cause analysis, corrective action, and continuous improvement activities. -Work with suppliers when electronic components, PCBAs, or assemblies require technical investigation.Support new product introduction, prototype builds, validation activities, and production readiness. Requirements: -Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent experience. -Strong experience in electronics fault finding, PCBA troubleshooting, and component-level diagnosis. -Good knowledge of electronic components, analogue and digital circuits, power supplies, control circuits, and communication interfaces. -Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, datasheets, technical drawings, and test specifications. -Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes, bench power supplies, logic analysers, and other electronic test equipment. -Knowledge of soldering, rework, inspection techniques, and PCBA manufacturing processes will be considered an asset. -Understanding of root cause analysis, 8D, QRQC, corrective actions, and technical reporting. -Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly. -Ability to work independently and follow technical investigations through to closure. -Willing to travel when required. -Previous experience in electronics manufacturing, industrial equipment, automotive, or similar environment will be considered an asset.
