We are seeking a motivated Occupational Health and Safety Officer to join our consultancy team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of health and safety management systems across client sites. Duties include conducting site inspections, preparing risk assessments and method statements, ensuring compliance with local regulations, providing safety guidance to workers and management, and supporting accident prevention initiatives. The role involves working closely with clients in various sectors, particularly construction and industrial environments, to promote safe working practices and regulatory compliance. Applicants should have relevant training or experience in occupational health and safety, good communication skills, and a proactive approach to workplace safety

Draw up or adjust reference systems, procedures, instructions for hygiene, safety, environment. Check their application
Train employees and raise awareness for hygiene, safety, environment and risk prevention
Follow-up and check regulatory, functional and operational conformity of products, processes, installations and tools
Follow-up and analyse data related to hygiene, safety and environment. Implement changes and improvements
Recommend methods, production processes and treatments to restrict risks and pollution
Inform government institutions and organisations about activities and hygiene, safety and environment data of site
Advice employees/workers on accident/occupational disease risks. Inform re-preventive actions (safety equipment/work posture...)
