An aluminum fitter plays a vital role in modern construction by fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum structures such as windows, doors, curtain walls, and interior partitions. Working from detailed architectural blueprints, these skilled tradespeople precisely measure, cut, and shape aluminum profiles using specialized power saws, routers, and hand tools. They assemble the components into structural frames using rivets, screws, or welding techniques, then install them securely into building openings. To ensure structural integrity and weatherproofing, they fit glass panes, apply durable silicone sealants, and test hardware to guarantee smooth operation. In heavy industrial and construction environments, aluminum fitters often require specific safety gear to protect against sharp shards, falling objects
