A Sales Assistant in a hardware store assists customers by helping them find the right tools, building materials, and hardware products for their needs.

They provide product information, answer customer queries, restock shelves, maintain a clean and organised store, process sales, and ensure excellent customer service. They may also help with stock control, receiving deliveries, and advising customers on the safe and proper use of products.
