Data Entry Clerk responsible for maintaining and updating company databases, conducting online research, identifying potential business contacts and ensuring accurate and organised company information.

The selected candidate will be responsible for entering, updating and maintaining accurate information within the company's databases and spreadsheets. Duties will include conducting online research to identify companies, organisations and potential business contacts relevant to the company's products and activities; sourcing and verifying contact details; and using LinkedIn and other online platforms for professional research purposes. The role requires good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, strong computer and internet research skills, accuracy and attention to detail, and the ability to organise and maintain information in a clear and systematic manner. The employee may also assist with general data administration and other related office duties as required.
