We are seeking to recruit a General Hand – Egg Farm: Will assist with collecting, grading and packing eggs, cleaning sheds and equipment, feeding and caring for hens, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient farm environment.

Key Responsibilities: Caring for poultry: This involves handling and identifying chickens, ensuring their health and welfare. Maintaining a hygienic environment: Essential for preventing disease and ensuring the quality of eggs. Operating machinery and equipment: Necessary for the efficient production of eggs. Controlling pests: Important for maintaining a pest-free environment. Hatchery maintenance: Ensuring the proper functioning of incubators and hatchery equipment. Staff supervision and training: Leading and managing a team of workers. Budget and stock control: Managing resources effectively to meet production needs. Equipment and machinery management: Overseeing the maintenance and operation of farm equipment. These tasks are crucial for the smooth operation of an egg farm and contribute to the overall success of the enterprise
