Junior Architectural Technologist to support design teams on projects. Duties include BIM (Revit) modelling, preparing drawings and documents, assisting architects, coordinating with professionals, and ensuring compliance with building regulations.

The Junior Professional: Architectural Technologist will be: 1. Assisting the design team of different scaled projects 2. Responsible for all BiM models within the company is required to assist other members of the team tow work with BiM. 3. Assisting the lead Architect to build 3D models using BiM (Revit), and issue all necessary drawings, details, BOQs, Schedules which would be required for the various projects. 4. Confer with other professionals in the industry, architects, engineers etc. while executing works on projects. 5. Required to research local laws, building codes and applying any planning procedures, including drawings and other necessary documentation as required during the planning procedures.

Draw up building or development plan of a building/place according to assignment or needs
Select and consult suppliers and (sub-)contractors
Handle building permit application before submitting it to the council or government services
Manage construction site projects: design of landscapes
