An Agriculture Worker is responsible for planting, cultivatzation, pest coing, harvesting, and maintaining crops or livestock on farms.

An Agriculture Worker is responsible for performing various tasks related to farming, crop cultivation, and livestock care. They work on farms, plantations, nurseries, greenhouses, and other agricultural settings to support food production and supply chains. These workers play a crucial role in planting, maintaining, and harvesting crops, as well as caring for animals and operating farming equipment. Key Responsibilities: Crop Cultivation & Harvesting: Prepare soil for planting by plowing, fertilizing, and irrigating. Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops such as grains, vegetables, fruits, and nuts. Monitor plant health and apply pesticides or fertilizers as needed. Sort, clean, and package harvested crops for distribution. Livestock Care (If Applicable): Feed, water, and monitor livestock, ensuring their well-being. Assist in breeding and birthing processes. Maintain animal shelters and ensure sanitary conditions. Monitor animal health and report any signs of illness or injury. Farm Equipment Operation & Maintenance: Operate tractors, plows, irrigation systems, and other machinery. Maintain and repair basic farm equipment. Follow safety procedures when using machinery and tools. General Farm Maintenance & Labor: Construct and repair fences, barns, and storage facilities. Maintain irrigation systems and drainage. Assist in pest control and weed management. Clean and organize farm facilities. Skills & Qualifications Physical Stamina & Strength: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as lifting heavy materials, bending, and standing for long hours. Knowledge of Farming Techniques: Understanding of crop rotation, irrigation methods, and soil management. Equipment Handling: Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery safely. Animal Care Skills: Knowledge of feeding schedules, breeding techniques, and disease prevention (if working with livestock). Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick decision-making in case of weather changes, equipment breakdowns, or pest infestations. Teamwork & Communication: Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from farm supervisors. Work Environment & Conditions: Agriculture workers often work outdoors in varied weather conditions (hot, cold, rainy, or windy). Work schedules can be long and seasonal, especially during planting and harvesting periods. The job may involve lifting heavy loads, bending, and repetitive movements. Some agriculture workers live on-site or travel for work, depending on the farm's location.
