We are looking for a medical representative to join our team on full time basis.

Medical Representatives are responsible for conducting presentations, managing budgets, planning and organizing appointments and meetings, and maintaining detailed records of all their contacts.

Competencies

Follow-up orders (product availability, delivery term, complaints...) and customers (reward loyalty, satisfaction surveys, reminders...)
Draw up commercial proposal. Come to an agreement with the customer on terms of sales contract or the estimate
Obtain information on product (clinical tests, approval to market...). Transmit information (presentation file...)
Organise communicative actions
Present product characteristics (effects, contraindications...). Exchange information
List data about campaigns. Exchange information with team
Follow-up and update official information and regulations
Develop and set up customer visits, prospects, telemarketing...
Follow-up orders. Suggest solutions to customer in case of problems
Negotiate terms of sales contract with customer
Design communication tools (graphic, multimedia, paper...)
Advise pharmacist or assistant on placement and display of products in pharmacy
Do product demonstrations (materials, medical equipment...) for professionals (surgical operations, treatment...)
Establish advertising plan and plan customer visits
Monitor data regarding specific medical branch. Analyse/draw up yearly balance sheet (profitability, turnover...)
