We are seeking a professional, experienced, and motivated Manager & Lead Beauty Therapist to lead our beauty clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities Manage and support the team of beauty therapists. Oversee the daily operations and ensure the beauty clinic is well-organised and maintained to a high standard. Perform professional facial treatments and other beauty services. Deliver outstanding customer service in a luxury beauty environment. Maintain excellent hygiene, presentation, and operational standards. Lead, motivate, and organise the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Requirements English proficiency at B2, C1, or C2 level. Strong experience in the beauty industry. Previous experience working directly with clients in a luxury or beauty sector. Proven experience leading and managing a team. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Professional appearance with a passion for delivering exceptional client care.
