Front of House staff are the face of the business, responsible for welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Front of House staff are essential to creating a positive first impression and delivering excellent customer service in any hospitality setting. This role includes greeting and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and responding to customer needs with a friendly and professional attitude. Front of House team members work closely with both kitchen staff and management to ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, a polite and outgoing manner, and the ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment. Skills pass is required.

Check cash register at the beginning of the working day. Count contents of cash register at closing time
Package and label preparations and products (production and use-by dates). Store them in cold store, pantry...
Decorate rooms and bar - put them in order
Prepare drinks and serve to customers at the counter/bar, in their room or on the terrace
Offer wine list, advise customers and take orders
