We are seeking a professional and organized Secretary to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our organization

Key Responsibilities Answer telephone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence. Maintain diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings. Prepare, type, and compile reports and other documents. Organize and maintain filing systems and databases. Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Prioritize workloads and manage administrative tasks efficiently. Assist in implementing administrative procedures and office systems. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and relevant organizations. Coordinate mailshots and other promotional activities. Process bills, expenses, and related documentation. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, greeting and assisting clients professionally. Requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software. Ability to multitask and work independently. Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
