Role & Responsibilities As Head of Product – Digital Health & AI Platforms, you will own the product vision, architecture and continuous innovation of Quantum KHOR’s core software platforms. Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will operate with high autonomy and full ownership of the product roadmap and technical direction.

Product Vision & Architecture: Lead the design, development roadmap and scaling of KHOR City and Gabriel AI platforms, translating complex biometric, AI and behavioural science requirements into production-ready software.
Innovation & Technical Differentiation: Drive product innovation including AI-driven personalization, real-time biometric signal processing integration and scalable data platform architecture.
End-to-End Product Ownership: Own the full product lifecycle from concept and technical specification through development, testing, deployment, iteration and measurable impact outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, AI research, design, compliance and commercial teams to ensure coherent product delivery.
Regulatory & Quality Frameworks: Embed robust data-protection, regulatory and quality frameworks into the product, aligned with digital health requirements and emerging EU standards.
Product Representation: Represent the product and technical vision to partners and at industry events when required. Your Profile
Product Leadership: Proven track record as a product leader who has built, scaled and commercialized advanced digital/AI platforms.
Innovation Outcomes: Demonstrated success delivering measurable results through product innovation, risk reduction and platform scalability.
Technical & Domain Depth: Strong background at the intersection of technology platforms, data architecture and regulated environments.
Mindset: Entrepreneurial drive, high ownership and ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving start-up.
Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional languages are an advantage. Employment Details

Gross Annual Salary: €45,000 – €55,000
