Job Purpose

The Trainer is responsible for the delivery of training sessions related to game rules, incident handling, settlement procedures, and the signalling system.

The role ensures that training is delivered clearly, consistently, and in line with defined standards, supporting teams to operate accurately in live environments.

The Trainer focuses on practical knowledge transfer and reinforcement, ensuring that trainees understand and apply procedures correctly.

Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Deliver Training Sessions Covering

Deliver training sessions covering:
Game rules and procedures
Incident handling and escalation
Settlement processes
Use of the signalling system

Ensure Training

It is clear, structured, and easy to understand.
Reflects approved SOPs.
Includes practical examples and scenarios.

Incident & Settlement Support

Reinforce Understanding Of

Identifying incidents.
Correct escalation processes.
Supporting accurate settlements.
Assist trainees in applying procedures correctly during training sessions.

Signalling System

Support Training On

Signalling workflows.
Communication during incidents.
Correct use of tools and processes.

Learner Support

Provide guidance and support to trainees during and after sessions.
Address questions and clarify procedures.
Ensure trainees are confident in applying what they have learned.

Training Quality

Deliver training in line with guidance from the Training Team Lead.
Maintain consistency across sessions.
Provide feedback on trainee understanding and areas of improvement.

Training Materials

Use and follow approved training materials.
Support updates to materials where required.

Cross-Functional Awareness

Maintain Basic Awareness Of

Engagement expectations (led by Performance Lead).
Presentation standards.
Reinforce alignment without leading these areas.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

Trainee understanding and knowledge retention,
Accuracy in rule application,
Reduction in training-related errors,
Consistency in training delivery,

Essential

Required Skills & Experience
