Seeking to recruit a Marketing & Communication Coordinator to plan and implement marketing campaigns, manage social media and communications, create promotional content, coordinate events, and support the company's branding and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage all social media communication (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms).
Respond to enquiries via Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, email and phone.
Convert new enquiries into trial classes and memberships.
Build relationships with existing members through regular communication.
Create and schedule marketing content.
Write content in English and Portuguese.
Promote seminars, competitions and academy events.
Assist in marketing campaigns and lead generation.
Maintain accurate customer communication records.
Support the growth of the academy through digital marketing initiatives.

Demonstrable knowledge of the Brazilian market, culture and customer expectations....

Previous experience in customer service, sales, community management or digital marketing.

Knowledge of Brazilian jiu-jitsu, martial arts or the fitness industry.

Experience assisting with events, sports camps or international visitors.

Experience with social media platforms, Canva, Meta Business Suite or similar tools.

Ability to create and adapt marketing content for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking audience.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential customer information.
