About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and versatile Operations and Sales Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our business. This opportunity is available on either a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting sales, stock management, customer service, technical assistance, and general operations. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to business growth through B2B sales and customer relationship management. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day sales activities and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with B2B sales by identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads, preparing quotations, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Build and maintain professional relationships with business customers, suppliers, and partners.
Assist in achieving sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
Support stock management, including receiving, organising, counting, and replenishing inventory.
Prepare customer orders and ensure accurate and timely fulfilment.
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace.
Assist with deliveries, loading/unloading, and warehouse operations when required.
Provide basic technical support and assist with product setup, troubleshooting, or installations where applicable.
Carry out general administrative and operational tasks as required.
Work collaboratively across different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the business.
Undertake any other duties that support the day-to-day running of the company.

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar operational, sales, or technical role is preferred.
Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer relationship management will be considered an advantage.
A technical background or strong technical aptitude is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage professionally with customers and suppliers.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physically capable of handling stock and performing general warehouse duties when required.

Language Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Knowledge of the Maltese language will be considered a strong asset.
