NEU One is currently seeking an experienced and professional Deckhand to join our luxury motor yacht operation immediately.

NEU One is an 80ft luxury Princess yacht operating under the Maltese flag across national and international waters throughout the West and Central Mediterranean.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with the safe operation and daily running of the vessel
Supporting the Captain and crew with deck operations
Mooring, anchoring and general line-handling duties
Maintaining the deck, exterior areas and equipment to a high standard
Assisting with vessel cleaning, maintenance and preparation
Supporting exceptional guest experience and service standards
Following all onboard safety procedures and maritime regulations

Requirements

Previous experience as a Deckhand or in a similar maritime role is preferred
Basic knowledge of deck operations and boat handling
Physically fit, hands-on and comfortable working at sea
Reliable, responsible and able to work as part of a team
Professional appearance and guest-focused attitude
Good communication skills
Fluent English required
